Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within New Zealand. Orders are dispatched from Auckland, typically within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days once dispatched, depending on your location. Rural addresses may take a little longer.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on our courier partners; while we will always do our best to help, we are not responsible for courier delays outside our control. Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot recover or re-send orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address, and any re-delivery will be at your cost.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to your supplied address. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your parcel, contact us within 5 days and we will help you follow it up with the courier.

Our 14-day change-of-mind guarantee

We want you to love your Nofrizzi brush. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided that: the product is unused, in its original condition and original packaging (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of hairbrushes that have been used); you contact us first at hello@nofrizzi.com to arrange the return and receive return instructions; and the product is returned to us within a reasonable time of approval.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend using a tracked service as the product remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If your product is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us at hello@nofrizzi.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right in accordance with your rights under the Act — depending on the circumstances, this may be a repair, replacement, or refund. Where a product is returned because it is faulty or not as ordered, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please report transit damage within 5 days of delivery so we can raise it with the courier.

What is not covered

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for: fair wear and tear; damage caused by misuse, accident, or failure to follow care instructions (for example, filling the handle with oils or non-water-based products, which can damage the mist mechanism); or products modified or repaired by anyone other than us. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Business customers

If you purchase our products for the purposes of a business (as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993), you agree that the guarantees in that Act do not apply, as permitted by section 43 of the Act, and that our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the product. In no event are we liable to business customers for any indirect or consequential loss.

Refunds

All refunds are made to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account. Depending on your bank, refunds may take several business days to appear after we process them. Where an order was purchased with free shipping, the refund is the product price paid.
